Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality management system for products and processes related to steam turbines, gas turbines, and hydrogen.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system for turbine and hydrogen products and processes.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and operational standards.
Analyze quality data and propose solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
Monitor and track production activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and drive product improvements.
Plan and oversee quality control operations throughout the production process.
Perform audits during production to identify potential deviations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Support cross-functional teams in identifying root causes of quality issues and non-compliance.
Lead corrective actions and process improvements to reduce recurring problems and enhance product quality and efficiency.
Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality inspections and audits.
Ensure that best practices are applied across all production processes and quality inspection protocols.
Manage and complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), documenting identified issues, root causes, and corrective actions.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of NCRs to maintain product quality.
Maintain 3PA Quality Documentation.
Provide technical support and training assistance to the team.
Supervise and manage the activities of the quality team.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Quality Management.
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in precision engineering, automotive, mechanics, or renewable energy.
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
Experience in building and managing product quality management processes.
Strong attention to detail, adherence to principles, and a decisive approach.
