Job Description
1. Inspection and Monitoring:
· Supervise and audit IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes.
· Ensure product quality and process assurance, including advanced quality plan and implementation.
· Ensure all inspections and tests meet established standards and schedules.
· Review and approve first article inspection reports and product evaluations.
2. Customer Management:
· Manage customer quality windows, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
· Collaborate with customers to address quality-related issues and implement solutions.
· Ensure all outgoing 8D reports are professional and submitted timely to customers
· Support customer-specific quality audits and requirements.
3. Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
· Lead cross-functional teams in effective root cause analysis using tools such as DMAIC, 5Whys, etc.
· Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA for non-conforming materials/products.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
· Conduct regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
4. Leadership and Training:
· Train and mentor quality team members to enhance technical expertise.
· Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization
· Strong mentoring and people management across each quality function unit.
5. Strategic Planning and KPI Management:
· Ensure product quality from design stage to mass production, providing feedback on design, safety, and manufacturability.
· Responsible for strategic planning, development, training, execution, monitoring, and reporting of product-specific quality assurance and continuous improvement processes..
· Identify and achieve targets for KPI & COQ yearly and keep track of performance regularly.
- Develop Capex and headcount planning to support business growth.
Develop technical expertise in PCBA manufacturing processes, including soldering, assembly, and testing.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration:
· Act as the focal person to manage conflicts between Quality and other departments.
· Facilitate internal coordination to ensure alignment of quality objectives across departments.
- Support cross-functional teams during internal quality system audits.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Quality Management.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in PCBA product quality management.
· Familiar with box build manufacturing and product-specific quality requirements
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IPC-A-610 standards, and Six Sigma methodologies.
· Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and CAPA processes.
· Proficiency in Minitab or other statistical software for quality analysis.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
· Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).

· Hands-on experience with PCBA processes, including SMT, soldering, and assembly, with a focus on product quality control.
