· Responsible for Quality functions for designated manufacturing site. Responsible for job descriptions, requirements, direction, and support. Escalation path for quality related risk assessments and decision making.
· Maintain the system and continually improve its effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
· Provide product and service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements to support our business.
· Lead team to solve quality issues from production and field through fault isolation, proper risk assessment, disposition, root cause analysis, implementing corrective action, preventing repeated issues from happening.
* QA MANAGEMENT
Quality products and services delivered to customers with the most cost efficiency, fully satisfy and compliance including but not limit to:
Understand sufficiently and correctly products, customer quality requirements.
Deploy quality management system, tools from end to end process to ensure quality meet customer expectation

Job Requirement
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
Working Experience
Typically 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 3+ years managerial/leadership experience
Special Abilities
- Equipped with technical expertise in manufacturing/engineering quality assurance, reliability engineering, and a thorough understanding of quality system management principles.
- Extensive background of using statistical and QA/QC tools to collect, research, and analyze data.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, Customer service handling, 8D, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Demonstrated project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated, ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues.
- Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency.
