QUALITY MANAGER

Job Description

1. Responsible for the overall performance of the Quality department.
2. Support business operations by ensuring Quality management systems, processes, and procedures by ISO 9001 development, implementation, improvement, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
3. Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory and internal requirements about quality.
4. Develop and encourage a quality culture behavior for the company by working observation.
5. Report and advise the Director on the quality of raw materials and products, and quality management performance.
6. Develop goals, and quality policies and implement these policies in the department.
7. Organizing the supervision and inspection of product quality in the production process, requesting the implementation of measures to overcome and prevent incidents in production affecting product quality.
8. Handling problems of quality of input materials and finished products.
9. Check and supervise the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality activities, at the departments, ensuring the process of complying with the standards applied by the Company.
10. Internal audit, inspection, and self-inspection of the Company’s entire system following applicable standards. Consult the preventive remedy departments.
11. Track customer complaints and identify customer reactions related to product quality.
12. Ensure that measuring devices and methods, and equipment related to quality are in good working condition and calibrated on time.
13. Communicates information on the Quality Management System throughout the organization and promotes Quality awareness through various communication channels, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails, etc., in consultation with all relevant departments.

Job Requirement

Graduated from the University of Mechanical or Mechatronics.

At least 3 years in the same position.

Have experience in the Mechanical Industry

Knowledge:

1. Knowledge about ISO & OSHAD.
2. Knowledge of production management.
3. Knowledge of measuring instruments, equipment, and mechanical drawings.
4. Knowledge about LEAN Manufacturing.

Skills:

1. Have group management skills.
2. Skills to use office computers.
3. Good communication and persuasion skills.
4. Well-planning and controlling plans.
5. Ability to accurately read and interpret design documents (drawings and specifications).
6. English: High Advanced
