Quản lý sản xuất/ Industrial Engineer (Assembly Line – Wheelchair/Bicycle Products)

Job Description

• Improve assembly line efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization.

• Conduct quality investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare improvement reports.

• Propose and execute assembly automation projects, including planning and implementation.
• Prior experience in automated fasteners pick and place required.

• Design assembly equipment, jigs, and fixtures; support small automated assembly lines.

• Optimize material flow and internal logistics to improve efficiency.

• Analyze and resolve assembly line abnormalities and MO issues.

• Lead cost-down and continuous improvement projects for assembly lines.
• Support SOP standardization, shop-floor discipline, and 5S activities

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in assembly equipment design or automated assembly lines.

• Familiar with Lean / IE tools, line balancing, and automation concepts.
• Hands-on, analytical, and able to work closely with production teams
