Chào đón khách hàng đến tòa nhà căn hộ/ Welcoming guests who come to visit the Apartment
Hình thức bên ngoài luôn chỉn chu, lịch sự luôn duy trì thái độ vui vẻ thân thiện/ Be well groomed at all time and maintain a friendly cheerful attitude
Trả lời điện thoại kịp thời theo tiêu chuẩn quy định của khách sạn. Không bao giờ để điện thoại đổ chuông quá 3 hồi chuông/ To answer the telephone promptly according to the standard set by the hotel. Never let the phone ring more than 3 times
Lễ phép và lịch sự phải luôn được tuân thủ khi giao tiếp với khách. Cung cấp cho khách sự quan tâm đầy đủ và ngay lập tức lắng nghe các khiếu nại và yêu cầu của khách/ Courtesy and politeness are to be observed at all times and freely communicate with guests. Give guests complete and immediate attention to their complaints and requests
Thể hiện thái độ tích cực, luôn hiện diện tại quầy trong ca làm việc để hỗ trợ khách hàng, khách viếng thăm khi có yêu cầu/ Keeps a visible and active presence in the lobby asking all guests and visitors if they require assistance
Đảm bảo nhận dạng được khách quen và phục vụ chu đáo/ Ensures that all repeat guests are accorded personalized service recognize and welcome
Giám sát lối ra vào sảnh chính, lối xe ra vào, phòng tập thể dục, hồ bơi để đảm bảo nhanh chóng hỗ trợ khách hàng/ To monitor the main entrance, Driveway, Gym, Swimming pool to make sure that prompt assistant to customer as always
Xử lý khiếu nại hoặc yêu cầu của khách và liên lạc với bộ phận liên quan để theo dõi giải quyết tức thì/ Handles guest’s complaint or requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow up
Duy trì mối quan hệ thân thiện với khách để giữ được thiện chí và khả năng khách sẽ quay trở lại/ Maintain friendly rapport with guests in order to ensure their goodwill and repeat business
Nhập thông tin khách hàng vào hệ thống/ Registrating guests information into the computer
Thao tác tất cả các dịch vụ khách sử dụng vào hệ thống, tuân thủ quy trình làm việc trên hệ thống. Tất cả Tiếp tân phải đăng nhập và đăng xuất bằng mật khẩu cá nhân/ To work and be totally familiar with the computer system and maintain the computer discipline at all time. All CSR have to log in and log out with their personal password at all times
Trả lời, nhận, gửi thư từ ngoài vào cũng như từ công ty ra bên ngoài/ Answering & receiving, sending mails, packages to internal/ external
Hỗ trợ việc trả phòng nhanh chóng, suôn sẻ và dễ chịu/ Assist in facilitating a fast, smooth and pleasant check-out
Chuẩn bị và kiểm tra bộ thẻ khóa phòng, tình trạng phòng v.v Prepare and checking all key card holder, registration card, room status etc.
Phối hợp với bộ phận làm phòng để đảm bảo phòng được giao cho khách đúng thứ tự/ Co-ordinate with Housekeeping department to ensure that rooms assigned to guests are in order
Nắm bắt thông tin về các tiện nghi trong phòng, cách bài trí, cơ cấu giá, tiện ích (ví dụ: khuyến mãi, tiệc, chức năng v.v..)/ Be totally familiar with room amenities, layout, rate structure, outlets (e.g. promotions, banquet, function, party etc.)
Nắm bắt các chính sách và thủ tục của Căn hộ, sản phẩm, dịch vụ, mức giá, các sự kiện đặc biệt; thông tin thành phố và địa phương, cung cấp những thông tin đó bất cứ khi nào cần thiết/ Familiar with the Apartment’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, city and local information and promotes such whenever possible.
Ý thức và làm quen với các biện pháp và quy trình phải tuân theo trong các tình huống khẩn cấp/ Aware and familiar with measures and procedures to follow during emergency situations
Hỗ trợ bằng mọi cách để quảng bá và bán các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của Căn hộ/ Assist in whatever way to promote and up sell the Apartment’s products and service
Duy trì sự sạch sẽ, khu vực làm việc mọi lúc/ To maintain cleanliness I work areas at all times
Luôn đọc Sổ nhật ký Lễ tân bàn giao vào đầu ca làm việc/ To always read the Front desk Log Book at the beginning of the shift
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác mà ban quản lý có thể giao cho từng thời điểm/ Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Hành chính và vận hành/ Report to Admin cum Operations Executive
