- Responsible for developing annual personnel recruitment plan, based on current operation and future demands; ensure human resources to perform production and business needs.
- Implement for researching and analyzing the labor market to come up with recruitment strategy and TMI brand development.

- Responsible for reporting on the recruitment:
Daily recruitment report
Recruitment plan tracking
Reports related to recruitment activities
Task 3:
- Developing annual internal and external training plans and programs based on the results of determining training needs.
Task 4:
- Responsible for implementing the training programs according to the plan,... ensuring that courses take place effectively and compliance with the regulations / requirements of the company and customer.
- Responsible for updating training materials periodically or when there are changes
Task 5:
- Organizing sharing courses, improving training methods in order to improve training efficiency and appling knowledge to actual work.
- Organizing soft skills training classes for employees
- Responsible for evaluating training effectiveness for all courses based on identified training objectives.
- Responsible for training reports, appropriate improvement proposals.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major.
Good English
Experienced and knowledgeable about the garment manufacturing industry.
