- Quantity: 2 people ( 1 for Dong Nai, 1 for Dak Lak)
- Implementing recruitment according to workforce planning plan;
- Searching and proposing effective recruitment channels to recruit quality candidates.
- Managing job descriptions; - Screening applications, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews (for mass and office staff recruitment);
-Coordinating with functional depts. during the probation period (onboarding and evaluation); - Building employer branding (via SNS/ job fairs) - Other assignments by leaders
Job Requirement
- University/College degree
- At least 1~ 2 years experience in HR in manufacturing industry
- Having knowledge on labor law
- Good communication skill
- Good at English
- Creating recruitment content/ channels (film-making, draft and design posts on FB and Tik Tok is a plus)
