Provide regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
Core Responsibilities
Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products
Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities
Maintain and manage request logs
Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support
Assist regulatory managers as assigned
Generate customer documents
Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
Develop relationship with assigned customer contacts
Thorough knowledge of assigned customer requirements
Development and implementation of routine processes
Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations
Job Requirement
Academic Background
University Degree (minimum Bachelor) in scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
Professional Experience
From 1-2 years of related regulatory experience
Technical Skills
Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
Strong Knowledge in food, chemistry or related disciplines
Working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
Basic understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems
Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
