Reporting and Tax Team Leader (General Accountant)

Job Description

Main role:

• Responsible for over-all company Financial Reporting and Tax. Act as internal advisor for Reporting and Tax matters.
• Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets.
• Coaching/ Training for team member’s development.

Detail Job:

• Prepare monthly Financial Statement reporting and other Statutory reports.
• Manage costing and inventory.
• Manage CAPEX and capitalization process. Manage Fixed Assets (both value & physical).
• Prepare daily finished goods report.
• Review monthly Tax report and declaration. Follow up on VAT refund.
• In-charge of annual stock count.
• Support annual external Financial Statement audit, Tax audit, Customs audit (if any).
• Manage & formalize internal Accounting & Reporting policies.
• Update new standard /policies of Accounting and Tax. Advise on Accounting and Tax matters.
• In charge of Accounting Information system.
• Perform task upon manager's requests and monitor, control works of Team member.
