RESERVATION ADMIN

Job Description

• Handle tools and booking files with 100% accuracy and process all data absolute correctly.
• Collect all booker data / guest data carefully and process the data thru system on time.
• Enter booking data and information in the booking manifest.
• Ensure booking folio has completed data sets / entry and follow up with bookers on missing data and information.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor that require the support of the Reservation Team.
• Support with other analytics and figures needed for reporting and enter the data in assign files.
• Support with reservation data / figures whenever requested by HOD/Sales team on Adhoc basis (system or manual report).

Job Requirement

·        Bachelor in Tourism Management

·        Good knowledge of Outlook, MS Office Word and Excel

·        Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed

·        Fresher or 1+ years of experience in relevant fields

·       Good command of English.

·       Highly organized and can work well under time pressure 

·       Very Detailed-orientated and multi-tasking

·      Familiarity with administrative duties

·     Flexibility to work overtime

·     Ability to work under pressure
