Objective: A restaurant marketer who is responsible for effectively promoting her eatery in order to generate sales
Tasks
Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff
Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and related departments to implement marketing strategies, PR strategies, brand promotion plans for the restaurant
Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with corporate support team
Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurant
Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs
Always update and keep up with emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools and apps

Job Requirement
Fluent in English
Emphasis is placed on work experience in the food and beverage industry
Industry experience in managing/ marketing fast casual restaurant concepts is a big plus
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Skilled at analyzing data
Knowledge of online technology and implementation with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends- including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter, Instagram, and Wordpress etc.
Management of a professional blog for an organization and/or business
Superior knowledge of Social Media landscape, networks, toolsets
