Retail Operation Executive

Job Description

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day retail and omnichannel operations across multiple SEA countries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT) to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Support planning and rollout of new operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are well-managed.
• Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate regularly with HQ to align on standards, reports, and project status.

Job Requirement

1. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in retail operations, supply chain, store management, or omnichannel management.
2. Project Management: Strong ability to plan, track, and execute projects across multiple countries, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
3. Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with HQ and regional teams.
4. Ownership Mindset: Highly proactive, accountable, and results-oriented, with the ability to drive tasks from initiation to completion.
