To manage and analyze data to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, while ensuring data integrity and supporting informed decision-making through advanced risk modeling and reporting.
1. Data Processing & Management:
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Classify and standardize data to meet analysis requirements.
• Establish and maintain databases and data storage systems to serve risk analysis needs.
• Manage data access rights and ensure data security according to company policies.
2. Data Analysis and Modeling:
• Perform data analyses related to operational, financial, and insurance risk management to identify and assess potential risks.
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk analysis models, including predictive models for risk, operational risk indicators, and measures for financial and insurance risk control.
• Optimize models based on real-world results and operational feedback.
3. Reporting and Decision Support:
• Create and present data analysis reports, highlighting trends and potential operational, financial, and insurance risks to leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial, Banking, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or risk management
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL and data management software
• Experience in statistical and predictive modeling, especially in financial & insurance sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
