Regional Route To Market Executive, reporting directly to Regional Route To Market Supervisor, will be responsible for cascading all program from planning to execution on the market in North & Central smoothly & on time.
1/ Planning:
Target setting:
Work with Sales Team to build the target for WS/SR/SS/ASM by quarterly – phasing by month.
Follow up Sales Structure to revised if any change structure.
POC Planning: update current performance by customer (POC) & work with Sales Team to build POC Planning as requirement.
2/ Operation:
Sales Org Chart update by month.
WS Contract management: extend/open/terminate.
Support all process at WS: Ordering, delivery plan, returnable.
Sales incentive review
3/ Reporting:
Target achievement by WS/SR/SS/ASM by daily
Sales Efficiency report by weekly: Coverage/ Call/ execution
Sales Discipline Report as company guideline & alert to Sales Team for improvement.
4/ Market Visit: at least Twice a month.
