Job Description
As one of the most important people of our adventure, your responsibilities are:
1. Selling:
- Deliver a luxury service to all clients
- Develop Sales, and focus on the store sales targets
- Promote the brand, products and services.
- Communicate the how-know and DNA of the brand
- Create customer loyalty by developing our CRM database
2. Merchandising and inventory:
- Ensure the level of your store's visual standards, and their perfect match with the brand's standards - in accordance with guidelines
- Ensure regular audits and stock takes
- Assist on inventory and concession replenishment
- Assist in stocks management / deliveries…
3. Management:
- Manage and supervise a team of (10-20) sales
- Ensure that your team is correctly trained on a day-to-day basis
- Develop your team's know-how and knowledge (through coaching and training as much needed)
- Be a real driving force for your team and the store (Sales challenges, CRM targets…)
- Develop action plans according to performance
- Promote the high-end image internally and externally
4. Team training
- Responsible for guiding and training new employees in accordance with the Company's regulations and procedures
- Train employees in sales skills, customer communication and other skills
5. Knowledge of goods and products
- Train the sales team to develop the right sales skills
- Maintain an image of the store and the environment with the company that sets its standards of day-to-day operations
- Ensure product knowledge and theme of season & year and responsible for training staff to understand product knowledge.
- Develop a training plan and make recommendations to the Manager every year
Job Requirement
- You have already worked in the premium/luxury retail industry at least during three years as a store manager.
- You are passionate about fashion and are knowledgeable of fashion trends.
- Priority is given to having studied and worked oversea
- You are dynamic, professional and you are motivated by KPI's challenges
- Have skills in managing, guiding and training employees
- Fluently in English.
