Position overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving growth in the B2B sector. This role is crucial in establishing and expanding Hire Central market presence, initially in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam, with a future vision for the Southeast Asian market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for innovative technology and a strong drive to advance digital transformation in the HR tech industry. This role will be instrumental in accelerating Hire Central’s growth by strategically targeting market opportunities and building a robust customer success framework. Our primary focus is on clients in textile and garment manufacturing, retail mart chains, convenience stores, and F&B chains within the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of Hire Central among target industries (textile and garment manufacturing, retail mart chains, convenience stores, and F&B chains).

  • Market Expansion: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the HCMC area and expand to other regions across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

  • Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure customer success.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the executive team.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in SaaS sales.
    • Experience in HR tech or B2B SaaS sales is highly preferred.
    • Prior experience targeting HR professionals is a significant advantage (e.g., previously a headhunter or selling HR products to HR teams, as this is a very specific group).
    • Telesales experience.
  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and thrive without relying on a strong team.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Market Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with the Vietnam market and HR tech landscape is a significant advantage.
    • A strong network in the retail sector is a PLUS.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing or IT is a PLUS.
  • Language:

    • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
  • Self-Motivated:

    • A driven individual with a passion for sales and a mission-driven approach to work.
    • A self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and delivering results in a growing market with significant potential.
