Provide valuable assistance to Japanese Account Manager
Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, as well as relevant documents or information.
After getting requirements from customers, coordinate the Sales Support team to make quotations.
After getting the customer’s PO, coordinate Procurement Team to proceed with the orders.
Try to build and keep good relations with customers, Account Manager, and relevant sections.
Translate documents
Visit customer site.
Liaise with Vendor to site survey, collect information & negotiate the price
Organize and monitor schedules to meet the deadline
Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside (customer, Vendors, ISP) efficiently
Report updates verbally and in written to Manager and team in charged
Process document: contract with Vendor and re-contract to customer, prepare document for closing case & issue invoice
Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs continuously
Support customer after sales (billing, invoice, trouble report…)
Sometime visit Vendor for register service as customer representative
Another task upon Manager’s request
Job Requirement
Japanese is a must, N2 or equivalent level.
Good communicate in English
Coordination and organization skills.
Office computer skill
