Proceed/follow and store the sales contract, sales order, and purchase orders as per company policy;
Provide documents/samples and contact HQ to get related information for the customer's requirement;
Get purchase orders from customers, make order confirmations, delivery notes,…;
Follow up the logistics: stock in warehouse, goods delivery;
Prepare the required documents to do the import procedure;
Other assignment.
University/ College degree in Economics / Foreign Trade/ Admin/ HR/ Food tech...;
Communicate confidently in English is a must;
Microsoft Office skills;
Analytical mindset, result orientation, multitasking, hard work, and communication skills;
Be able to onboard immediately.
