Develop and monitor the implementation of sales processes to ensure adoption and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement systems to enhance overall business performance.
Sales Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze sales data and customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and efficiency.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Incentive and Training Development:
Develop sales incentive policies to motivate and drive the sales team.
Create a comprehensive training roadmap for the Sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaboration with Sales & Trade Marketing:
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Trade Marketing departments to develop sales forecasts, set sales targets, and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
Implementation and Management of Sales Tools:
Implement and manage sales tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Distribution Management System (DMS) to maximize opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
Ensure the effective utilization of technology for sales optimization.
Job Requirement
Education Requirements:
University degree with a business background. A background in the pharmaceutical industry is not preferable.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales GT (General Trade).
