Job Description

Create and deliver internal communications content, including email, newsletters, videos,....
Execute internal communications plans to serve sales motivational purposes
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture
Other tasks
Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred
Experience in internal communication is a plus
Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, videos
Experience using design tools is a plus (Canva, Photoshop,...etc.)
Excellent writing and editing skills
Attentive to detail in fast paces environment
Highly organized
