Sales Engineering Manager (Route-To-Market)

Job Description

• Plan and develop RTM strategy:
  • Analyze the market, assess customer needs, and identify the appropriate distribution channel for each product group.
  • Develop a detailed RTM plan, including sales targets, pricing strategy, discount policy, promotion programs, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the RTM strategy implementation, propose adjustments when needed.
• Manage the distribution channel system:
  • Search for, select, and develop cooperative relationships with distributors and sales agents.
  • Train and support distributors and agents on product knowledge, sales skills, and RTM strategy.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the distribution channel, ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Implement sales and marketing activities:
  • Support the sales team in approaching customers, introducing products, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collect market information, customer feedback, and propose product improvements.
