Develops and implements a Sales Action Plan that is aimed to maximize revenue potentials from all market segments;
Carrying out daily telesales/sales calls;
Building a good relationship with customers. Handling the business or request brought by the clients to maximise their potential requirements;
Maintaining and developing long term relationships with customers, ensuring that our clients satisfy;
Calculating and negotiating customer quotations to the company terms and conditions which meet both the customers and company requirements;
Provides feedback to the Supervisor on prevailing market needs, wants, trends and challenges;
Hunting for new business, prospects, research and development of new customers;
Conducting and evaluating customers surveys ,resolve customer service situations;
Represent the company in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the Supervisor;
Maintain a profitable and reputable. Monitoring and managing sales growth;
Working with Outlet Manager to improve service in the outlets base on guest comments;
Work with Marketing team to develops and implements the Marketing Plan which includes a Events Plan, data Gathering;
Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time;
Job Requirement
At least 01 year experience in similar position in Hospitality Industry At least Senior College graduation in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
