Developing B2B business in HORECA (Dealers/Kitchen Suppliers) and B2C (End users/Direct sales) in Ho Chi Minh city, Hanoi, and other North provinces;
Reporting directly to Sales Manager;
Listening to customer (dealers, end users) requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, visiting and via telephone calls and emails;
Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Gathering market and customer information;
Representing HVN to introduce and consult about products at Dealers/End user’s office or at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, entering figures into a computer system, make sales forecast, daily sales activities report;
【Overdue report】 1, Sales forecast for production schedule by every 29th to logistic dept. 2, Dealer & chain account target list by every 1st day of month to sales manager and general director. 3, Every Monday, sales staff must update check keeping information with sales manager and logistic staff. 4, Reporting instructed by General Director and Sales manager.
Job Requirement
Experience in sales, ideally in Food service.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as a team.
Motivation and ambition to succeed.
Good level of English spoken and written.
