Key Responsibilities:
Finished Leather for Footwear Industry
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the footwear industry.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure continued collaboration.
· Understand client requirements regarding leather type, color, thickness, and quality standards to recommend the most suitable products.
· Coordinate with internal departments including Production and Quality Assurance, to ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality. Oversee the full order process — from receipt to packaging and shipping — to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
· Address and resolve quality concerns, logistics issues, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
· Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with the R&D team to support the development of innovative leather products aligned with evolving market needs.
Job Requirement
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in B2B sales, preferably in leather, textiles, or footwear manufacturing.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
· Knowledge of production processes and quality standards in the leather industry is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
