As the Assistant Manager of Sales Force Effectiveness, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the productivity and performance of the sales force. You will work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of setting up & executing Sales KPIs, Incentives Policy, Sales Routine, R&Rs & Business Expansion.
Manage Sales Development Program & Sales Recognition Program
Sales Performance Data Analytics/ Dashboard/ Tracking
Lead Sales Force Effectiveness Project: Segmentation & Targeting, Sales Toolkit...
Assist in developing and implementing sales force effectiveness strategies to drive sales performance.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the development of sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales force effectiveness.
Other tasks be assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Excellence or Commercial Sales required.
- Experience with both B2B & B2B2C Sales team is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
