MEDRiNG Vietnam International is a Japanese Company specializing in software in the health tech field. MEDRiNG Vietnam International sells Saas (Software as a service) product used for managing small and medium clinics effectively; supporting small and medium clinics becoming smarter.
Develop plans, organize implementation and take responsibility for business, ensuring sales assigned by the company.
Receive and manage leads from all sales channels, including but not limited to Marketing, referrals, sales agents…to convert to paid-users.
Consult, negotiate and sign contracts with customers.
Search and develop new sales channels to get potential customers
Receive and report, share feedback from customers to Manager and relevant departments.
Introduce the company's products to doctors, clinics and medical organizations and associations
Support installation and guide customers to use the software.
Be responsible for completing contracts and relating documents to a deal.
Research and analyze the actual market situation and competitors, then advise direct management on policies appropriate to the market.
Manage customers to always meet targets
Visit customers when needed
Care and maintain relationships with current customers.
Report operational results directly to the Japanese Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
Must have:
Graduated from University (prefer majors in Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors);
At least 5 – year experience in Sales or Business Development; having experience as a Leader
Good successful negotiation skills to make a deal;
Good logical thinking, analytical skill
Good communication, problem solving skills, negotiation and persuasion skills;
Enthusiastic, dynamic, honest and be able to work independently;
