Sales Leader

Job Description

1. Ensure effective business operations:

• Build and monitor the progress of business targets and operating budgets for the unit.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of centers/offices to optimize manpower, resources, and maximize operational efficiency in the region.
• Collaborate with departments/units within the Company to resolve issues arising between partners, customers, and the Company’s business operations.
• Provide regular and periodic reports on customer and partner-related activities in the region to the Board of Directors.
• Represent the Company in dealings with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

2. Ensure effective market development operations:

• Develop a diverse and extensive partner and customer network to support the Company’s business expansion.
• Create plans and implement activities to grow the Company’s market share in its business area annually.

3. Scope of work and additional responsibilities (if applicable):

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Provide advice and suggestions to superiors and the Board of Directors on issues related to the professional field.

Job Requirement

• Graduated from a University in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Good English communication skills.
