Responsibilities:
1. Vị trí Procurement:
Factories sourcing: Source the factories from both Vietnam and overseas.
Compare and evaluate suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate the term of contract and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Follow up orders, check orders before buying to ensure adequate production, solve arising problems, and monitor delivery progress as planned.
Keep updated on purchased products, delivery information, and invoices:
Quotations: Documents processing.
Conduct regular freight rate analysis on market conditions, inquiry for quotation, price maintenance, timely update, and sort out the shipping lines' freight rates and give feedback to ensure the latest market consultation.
2. Vị trí Sales:
Generate new Business from own Prospects on Supply chain solution
Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with potential big-sized accounts, targeting SME, and MNCs in the local market.
Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Sales Manager.
Constant communication with new customers, Customer Service, and the Operations departments about relevant company policies, departmental expectations, and customer expectations
Actively pursue growth opportunities by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients
Job Requirement
Work Experiences: Fresh Graduates or 3 ~8 years of work experiences
Language: Vietnamese, English, Chinese (additional advantage, not compulsory)
Education: College graduates with Majors in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent degrees.
Have excellent listening, communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to engage stakeholders and interpret their requirements, needs, and planning.
Be careful and timely at work.
