Identifying potential customers, especially in Domestic Market.
Prepare action plans for an effective search for Domestic sales leads and prospects.
Contacting the developed customer list via different communication channels like cold calling.
Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports.
Developing and maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.
Achieving sales targets within the set deadlines.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with clients.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and potential clients.
Interacting with clients on a regular basis to build rapport, identify needs, and close deals.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
Collaborate with other departments for co-sale and delivery activities.
Identifies key customers and keeps up-to-date records (contact, data, projects…) of all current customers and prospective customers, new sales opportunities, and generating interest in products or services.
Any other ad-duties assigned when required
Job Requirement
At least 7+ years of experience in Sales, in which 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or a similar role
Good English is a must (Chinese will be a plus)
University/college degree
Knowledge of sales industry trends and practices
Communication and persuasion skills
Good organizational skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
