1. Sales Performance Management (New & Renewals):
Set monthly sales targets for each Education Consultant (EC), based on pending payments, pipeline, and experience.
Review last month’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and create an action plan.
Report weekly to the ACM and adjust the plan if needed.
Track timely tuition fee collections and CRM updates from the team.
Occasionally support by presenting to prospects to lead by example.
2. Sales Team Development:
Monitor team performance through data and observation to find skill gaps.
Provide regular 1-on-1 coaching and monthly feedback sessions.
Ensure new members complete required training programs.
Share monthly updates with the ACM on team improvement areas.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with the Activation and Marketing teams to review lead quality and conversion.
Make sure the sales team follows through on commitments to other departments.
Co-host weekly meetings with center leads to solve issues.
Share market insights regularly with the Marketing team.
Attend monthly joint meetings with Sales, Marketing, and DSF teams.
4. Team and Policy Management:
Support recruitment to build a strong sales team.
Schedule team shifts fairly, following show distribution rules.
Create a positive, motivated team environment.
Monitor team strengths/weaknesses and plan for future leadership roles.
Ensure all team members follow internal guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
At least 5 years in the education industry
At least 3 years in a sales management role (preferably in EdTech)
Strong leadership and team management
Coaching and developing sales staff
Solid knowledge of sales process and pipeline management
Experience in premium sales/service industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexible with working hours (evenings/weekends)
