      Job Description

      • Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
      • Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
      • Optimizing and streamlining business processes
      • Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
      • Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
      • Motivation and team building
      • Coordination with other departments
      • Reporting to management and decision-making support
      • Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
      • Predicting and managing business risks

      Job Requirement

      • Around 10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
      • Able to communicate well in English or Japanese
      • Ability to manage departments across the board
      • Self-reflection
      • Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business
      • Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations
