· Expand overseas customer networks and sell company products.
· Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
· Develop key relationships with international customers.
· Build a solid direct sales pipeline and develop opportunities.
· Prepare/ Review and send quotations (Proposal & Proposal Drawings) to customers.
· Negotiate with customers about all conditions and price of the projects & follow up with customers to get the projects.
· Follow up the signed contracts and make sure customers send down payment after contract signing as per the company policy.
· Follow up with customers to open L/C for the projects if required.
· Develop sales contacts in defined vertical markets.
· Contribute to the development of the company by inputting your technical, market, or customer know-how in management meetings.
· Work closely with the Project management team, Engineering, Marketing and Production team to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.
· Coordinate closely with the company’s overseas agents for good taking care of customers and control contract prices.
· Bachelor of Civil Engineering and detailed sales experience in the construction industry.
· Having knowledge of international trading.
· At least 2 years of experience in developing and managing an international agent network.
· Fluent in English communication.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
