Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the IT market in Vietnam.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders.
Attend sales conferences, bidding processes, regional sales meetings, customer conferences, exhibitions, and industry-related training programs.
Participate in training programs at the company’s headquarters in Taiwan.
Develop customer-specific approach strategies and provide training for team members.
Oversee the preparation, execution, and finalization of sales contracts and liquidation agreements.
Collect and analyze customer and market data to build a comprehensive database for the department.
Manage customer relations and actively seek out potential clients to expand business opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to enhance results.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions based on the company’s IT products and services.
Develop training programs and mentorship initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Propose and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in IT sales with at least 1+ year’ experience in the same position
· Experience working in a distributor company or an IT product sales department is required.
· Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
· Strong networking skills with an established customer base in the Vietnamese IT sector.
· Team leadership experience is required.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s IT market and emerging technology trends.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
· Language skills: Chinese/English (medium to fluent level).
