- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales revenue or profit targets.
- Managing and motivating the teams including Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitoring, analyzing market trends, doing market research to identify / develop new business opportunities, become aggressive, and stay strongly competitive in the market. - Establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with all customers, business partners, and company principles.
- Coordinating / collaborating with other company departments / teams (ie. Sales Support, Engineering & Service Team, Marketing and Business Development Team, HR / Admin Dep. etc.) in daily business activities to ensure alignment and maximize sales revenue, sales potential, and business development.
- Providing required sales reports and forecasts to direct / top management when needed.
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing training and recommendations for promotions, bonuses, and feedback to team leaders based on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual basic.
- Controlling sales costs / team operating expenses, and ensuring all expenses are within the approved sales budget.
- Ensuring compliance with the industrial / product standards, company policies and regulations
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales activity, sales management or leading the sales teams.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, tactful negotiation, and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and stably under pressure with strong sense of teamwork.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Aged 30 or more / 30+
