Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales volume in the fertilizer industry.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers.
Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze the market, assess competition, and propose effective business solutions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
Good at English skills and Computer: MS Office/Internet
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry. (For MRG at least 03 years)
Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
