Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding. Experience with multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
