The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth in the F&B sector by developing sales strategies, building key client relationships, and negotiating profitable agreements.
Job Description:
· Develop and implement business strategies to expand the market and increase sales.
· Seek, establish, and maintain customer relationships with partners in the F&B industry such as Restaurants, Hotels, Chains, Distributors.
· Negotiate contracts and cooperation terms to ensure benefits and optimize profits for the company.
· Analyze the market and competitors to develop appropriate sales strategies.
· Work closely with related departments such as Marketing and Operations to ensure service and product quality.
· Coordinate the training of operational staff in upselling skills to improve team performance.
Job Requirement:
· Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position in the F&B industry.
· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the F&B market, consumer trends, and business models in the industry.
· Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle situations and solve problems flexibly.
· Persuasion Skills: Excellent at building trust with customers, knowing how to convey messages effectively.
· Appearance: Presentable to create a favorable impression and professional image with customers and partners.
· Foreign Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work with foreign partners.
