1. Develop and execute the business plan in the assigned territory.
2. Identify and grow new customer segments, including:
• Travel agencies (outbound/inbound)
• Team-building and MICE organizers
• Organizations and companies with retreat or wellness travel needs
• Potential individual customers (wellness-focused, health-conscious)
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure stable revenue on a quarterly and yearly basis.
4. Organize sales calls, sales trips, product presentations to partners, and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales content tailored to the Southern Vietnam market.
6. Support booking requests, contract handling, and customer service before, during, and after their stay.
7. Provide regular performance reports to direct management.
