SALES & MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST

Job Description

Handling materials development with buyers and managing the order's time and action plan with the factory.

1. Work on the new development order & the fabric sample

• Responsible to work directly with T1 – factory regarding material development;
• Work closely with R&D for developing fabric;
• Overall monitor yarn lead-time for sample compliance timeline planning
• Risk assessment in development stage with related team;
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.

​​​​​2. Work on the production planning

• Cooperate with customers and T1 for proactive order planning;
• Overall manage order T&A with related party;
• Monitor order planning for on time delivery;
• Cooperate with related department for handling customer feedback.

3. Other job assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

1. Education: University degree in major: Business, Economics, Textile engineering, Chemical engineering, Chinese or related;
2. Experience: From 3 year experience in Sales/ Merchandiser position, experience in the Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
3. Language: Fluency in Chinese and/ or English;
4. Skills & Knowledge: Negotiation, result-oriented, creative, able to work under high pressure.
