As the Sales Planning - Business Analytics Supervisor, you will play avital role in exploring, analyzing, visualizing and proposing changes in salesprocesses to achieve business growth. We are seeking a dynamic professional witha strong background in data analysis & sales process within the financeindustry to join our team and contribute to the company's success.
Develop datadashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Coordinate with IT to gatherdata from primary systems and secondary sources, ensuring the integration andadequacy of data-mart to meet the business requirement
Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
Work closely with Sales/ Product Development team (BU) to analyze& propose needs of improvement in business processes and sales operations;
Collaboratewith BU to develop and analyze the Business Requirement, thentransferring to IT;
Monitor the implementation of definedprojects, periodically update status and report any issues could impact to theprojects.
Support to develop &implement new businesses/ new products/ new contracts with partners (includingcredit loan and insurance products).
Other tasks assigned by superiorlevels.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree inbanking-finance, business management, Business Information System, Statistics or a relatedfield. MBA is a plus.
Have at least 3 years of experiencesin related position (Data Analyst/ Business Analyst).
Preferably working inFinancial & Banking institution or having depth knowledge about process& system in finance companies.
Possess a solid foundationin statistics with advanced Excel skill and mastery in SQL languages (Python/ Ris a plus)
Capable of criticallyevaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
Demonstrate superiorcommunication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex datainsights for audiences without a technical background
Detail-oriented withstrong organizational and project management skills.
