Job Description

Develop Sales Promotion Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales
promotion strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the relevant sector.
• Coordinate Promotional Campaigns: Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns,
including product demonstrations, sampling events, in-store promotions, and retail
activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align
sales promotion activities with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Train and Supervise Promotional Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise promotional staff
such as brand ambassadors and sales promoters to ensure effective execution of sales
promotion activities.
• Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor the performance of sales promotion
campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze demographics and
ROI of promotional activities.
• Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the sales promotion budget effectively,
allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all POS and cash reporting are correct before,
during, and after store hours of operation.
• Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
and distributors to secure prime placement of products and maximize visibility in stores.
• Gather Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities,
consumer trends, and market insights, to inform sales promotion strategies and tactics.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese
• Proven experience in Sales Promotion, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of sales promotion techniques, consumer behavior, and market
dynamics.
• Excellent communication, analyzing, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure to provide quality results
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
