Responsible for achieving sales targets for the company, including annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, as well as outstanding debt for each customer.
Develop sellout programs for the distribution network and sub-dealers.
Expand and increase the coverage of the customer network.
Evaluate the market through reporting data.
Develop marketing programs, images, and displays for the customer network.
Provide support for customer inquiries about products, warranty, pricing, and company policies.
Report sales results daily, weekly, and monthly.
Provide specific opinions, solutions, and recommendations related to the assigned area.
Interact and coordinate with the GTM department to develop marketing programs, conferences, activations, installment plans, and promotions to support sellout.
Analyze, track, and monitor the results and targets of each distributor according to the monthly, quarterly, and annual progress.
Collect information from competitors, analyze, and evaluate.
Support tasks related to superiors.
Job Requirement
At least 2 years of experience in the electronics/appliances industry.
Detail-oriented and focused on execution (implementation/tracking/review).
Experience in managing a local sales team.
Willing to travel frequently (at least 7-10 days/month) to the assigned area.
