Understand the development trends of the textile and garment industry in Vietnam, and identify potential market demands.
Sales Targets:
Achieve company-set sales targets and actively expand market share.
Track customer orders to ensure the smooth execution of sales contracts.
Customer Service:
Provide professional product consultation and technical support to clients, resolving their issues.
Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Collect information on competitors in the Vietnam market, analyze market trends, and provide insights for the company’s sales strategy.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the company’s sales team, as well as technical and after-sales departments, to ensure timely responses to customer needs.

Work Experience:
At least 2 years of sales experience in sewing equipment, textile machinery, or related industries.
Sales experience in the Vietnam market is preferred, with familiarity of the textile, garment manufacturing, or related industries' market dynamics.
Candidates with existing client resources or sales channels are preferred.
Language Skills:
Proficient in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate fluently with Vietnamese clients.
Strong English skills, capable of handling international business or communicating with English-speaking clients.
Chinese proficiency (a plus point), able to communicate effectively with with headquarters personnel.
Sales Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently completing sales tasks.
Familiar with the sales process, including client development, quotation, contract signing, and payment collection.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiar with the basic principles, functions, and applications of sewing equipment (e.g., hanging systems, sewing machines, cutting machines, ironing equipment, etc.).
Understand the production processes and equipment needs of the textile and garment manufacturing industry.
Travel Ability:
Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and capable of conducting business independently.
