1. Seek new customers
· Seek new business opportunities within the agreed territory.
· Look for new and maintain good business.
· Make the new customer report.
2. Achieve sales target.
· Organize daily activities in accordance with identified priority actions recorded in the sales action plan.
· Develop and maintain good sales & distribution system to ensure it will be run smoothly and no negative feedback from customer on price, customer service…
. Customer visiting plan, advise the products applications to build up good relationships.
3. Monitor and keep track of customer’s debts closely.
. Continuously monitor trade debtors & remind them of due payment.
4. Implement of report submission
· To be responsible for timely & accurately submitting Customer Card & Weekly report directly to supervisor and recommending changes as necessary to ensure targets are achieved.
· Do and submit all sales report including daily report, weekly report and initiate in customer complain
5. Develop & maintain business relationships with all customers.
. Maintain and develop good partnerships with all customers to ensure the company successfully builds a good image in the market.
6. Keep track of competitor’s activities & market feedback.
· Keep track of our competitor’s activities & market feedback on IFV’s products to contribute to business decision-making.
. Initiate in market issues
7. Communicate effectively & efficiently with other functional groups.
Ensures properly, timely and effectively communicate with team & other function groups to enhance cost efficiency and improve customer service.
8. Other assignments.
· Support in sales events (Food and Hotel exhibitions…)
· Sales Promotions activities
· Others admin: check all documentation, contracts, quotation, Follow up sales order, debt., goods delivery…)
· University degree or College in Business Administration or related field (Major in food technology, business of Administration)
· At least 3 years’ experience in sales & distribution management. The food industry is preferable
· Good skills in managing people & ability to consistently handle a wide range of complex issues simultaneously.
. English fluently in written & spoken English.
. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
