The position exists to support the Business Development Sales Initiatives, account management plans plus Customer & Sales Reporting. As a key contributor to the Sales team he/she will be given responsibility to lead high impact projects that drive the critical success factors within a professional Sales Environment. The candidate will be the key customer engagement contact for all existing commercial activities within the Toll Global Logistics Vietnam business.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country
Work closely with existing customers for commercial and business activities (Ad hoc quotation, contract amendments , contract renewal lead)
Engage with internal teams and support functions to deliver commercial requirements of customers
Build strong customer engagement and relationships with both existing business and new business opportunities
Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize processes
Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.
Analyse Weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.
Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals
Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations)
Job Requirement
Proven work 1 - 3 years experience as a Sales Support, Business Development, KAM... in Warehouse/Contracted Logistics field.
Proficient English communication skill
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In-depth understanding of Commercial, sales principles and customer service practices
