- Lead and manage the Sales Support team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Generate and analyse sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer behaviour to facilitate strategic decision-making and resource planning.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Production and Logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the Purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Accountant team to manage debt, monitor contract terms, and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Train and mentor Sales Support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- University degree & above.
- 2 - 3 years of experience at similar position (or Sales/ Market Research/ Trade Marketing position), in the same filed is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in English (Listening, writing & speaking).
