Assess corporate banking clients to sell corporate products
3. Monitor the value of collateral to ensure that the handling of collateral takes place at the prescribed time:
Standardize the procedure of loan security
Monitor the Blockade of collateral/ mortgage assets
Periodical monitor, inspection & evaluate of collaterals
Execute the un-block procedures of collateral (when terminate the loan, or customers request to liquidate the collateral to repay partly or totally the loan)
Force execution of collateral for collection of the loan
Job Requirement
Bachelor degrees: Priority for major related Finance-Banking.
At least 5 year experience in corporate banking management, especially in secured loan products.
Have good relationship with dealers/shops network.
Have analysis skill of reading financial balance sheet and assessing corporate strength.
Strong communication skills, data analysis skills, presentation skills.
