At Long Hai Securitas you will be responsible for managing all the activities of security team at the site, working with Branch Manager to ensure all staff understands security policy & procedures. Manage and organizing patrolling of security team, and ensure that follow all of compliance with client's regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing customer service following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Security Team management
Organize, manage, monitor team member at the site
Coaching and training skills: Security skills, Customer Service, First Aid, CCTV, Fire Fighting ... for team member
Evaluation, reward, and disciplinary action
Ensure the safety of employees' work
Report daily/ weekly/ monthly follow request from clients
2. Compliance with regulations at the site
Disseminate and train security regulations for employees, ensure the company's service standards when providing to customers
Ensure team security at the site meet all of required of Regulation/ Audit of customer: CTPAT, SMETA, RBA, ...
Notify line manager, the HR dept, and local authorities about accidents occurring in the affiliated area
Participate in training and support training on security and fire prevention organized by local authorities
Training first aid skills for employees and conducting first aid, first aid, and rescue for customers when needed.
3. Ensure the safety of people & facilities at the site
Monitor fire protection equipment: Exit doors, Access Control, CCTV Camera system, Alarm system, SOC, CMS...
Handling incidents: fire, explosion, flood...
Participate in resolving customer complaints smoothly to protect the company's reputation
Participating in checking the import and export of goods
Control and prevent loss of goods at the warehouse, cashier or the counters at the site
4. Other tasks assigned by Branch Managers
Organize the development of plans, task descriptions, and instructions for responding to emergencies or incidents
Consulting and proposing to customers measures, solutions, and methods to manage security team and minimize risks for customers strictly.
Coordinate with customers to resolve arising tasks according to regulations
Report according to regulations including periodically, incidents that arise according to regulations.
Participate in regular meetings with Client management levels according to regulations, including regular and extraordinary
On behalf of Long Hai Securitas work and coordinate with local government agencies to resolve related tasks.
On customers' behalf, resolve security-related issues and order when required.
Job Requirement
Qualification: Colleges / University or higher degree in Security, Business Administration or any other similar subjects.
Knowledges: Excellent in Security and knowledge of HSE, CCTV, Access Control …
Skills
Good communication at English: Listening/ Speaking/ Reading/ Writing above TOIEC 600/ Level B or IELTS 5.0 above

Experience: >5 years’ experience in Security Supervisor or 1 year's Secuirty Manager or a similar role.
