Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive (B2B) will be in charge of generating revenue growth by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, schools, and hospitals. This position requires a strong sales attitude, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a thorough understanding of healthcare and wellness solutions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth via B2B.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with corporations, educational institutions, and medical centers.
- Create and implement sales strategies to boost clinic revenue via B2B relationships.
- Negotiate and complete long-term contracts with key clients.
2. Client Relationship Management.
- Establish and maintain positive connections with human resources departments, school officials, and the hospital's management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate wellness initiatives and institutional partnerships.
- Customize solutions to match client demands and ensure great satisfaction.
3. Marketing and Brand Awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for corporate wellness initiatives.
- Create seminars, workshops, and health screenings to promote chiropractic care.
- Represent the clinic at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
4. Sales and Performance Tracking
- Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of your sales activity, customer interactions, and contract negotiations.
- Deliver periodical reports on market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance.
Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
· Experience in healthcare, wellness, or corporate sales is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
